Unfortunately I haven't run across any others. There is a book I am looking to purchase with pension payments to Alabama vets and widows from Rev. War up through the Mexican American War. I know my ancestor's wife is listed as having been paid, the amount, when and where. I will look for "Childers" as soon as I receive a copy. There are parts of it available on Google Books that might help you in the meantime.

I will keep you in mind as I progress through my own Alabama/Mex. War research.

Regards,

Mike Nichols
