Hello,

I am not related.

I suggest to write 2 simple letters and address it to:

The first letter to the U.S. Postal Service.

Lorne D. Waters
U.S. Marines
3rd Marine Brigade

On the left side write " FORWARD REQUESTED "

The second letter address it to the United States Marine Corp Military Locator Service.

Write his name on the envolope as the first letter. They should have information on the whereabouts past and present special if he is/was collecting his military pension.

You might want to submit information on the Military.com website maybe someone new of him during the war?

Good Luck!

Jack
