When you backup your file the backup uses your file name with the date of the backup appended to the file name. The file name you displayed appears to have a series of those dates. It looks to me that on at least three occasions you restored your file from a backup and did not remove the date of the backup from the file name. The next backup added a second date to the name and so on until you have the name you have now. When restoring from a backup you should always review the name the restored file will have and at least strip off the date the backup was taken.

If you go to the plan view and right click on the file name you can rename the file.
