From your list of export options, The export options that have the most flexibility are the word processor options, Word and Word Perfect. I believe both have the capability of creating documents with the borders. Since the Word Perfect format is not a format in the Import list, I would try use the Word format.

The newest Word format and probably most versatile is the option to export to a "Word 97-2003 Document" which will create a DOC file, which is on the import list. I would assume that FTM was designed to work with the Word 97-2003 format since FTM came out after Word 97-2003

If this does not work I am afraid you only options is to work with the FTM word processor (Smart/Text), or try one of the older Word formats.
