When you say "saved a book in FTM 2011" exactly what do you mean?

If you have saved the book as part of the program it should be in saved books when you upgrade FTM.

If you have saved the 2011 FTM book as a PDF file, the only way to up grade it, is to open the book in FTM 2012 from "Saved Books" and re save it as a PDF file.

Note: If you have saved stories in FTM, and then make them part of an FTM book, the text of the story becomes part of the book and is not linked to the save story. OR if you upgrade the story it will not upgrade the same story you added to the book.
