Lets back up a little I am running FTM 2011 on a PC. When I go to Publish, Collections, Select a chart or People not facts report, and click Generate; I see two panes. (I can go to Detail to see the last used report or chart instead of Generate ) On the left is the report that I requested.
On the right in the header of the pane gives the report name I requested and says Options.
Immediately under that is the Menu bar, and there are seven icons; Items to Include, Fonts, Header Footer, Page size, Save Report setting, Use Report Settings and Save Report. In some reports for specific subjects, ie marriage, the Items to Include is not there.
If you are not seeing this, I am not sure where to send you, as I have not used other versions of the versions since FTM 16. I thought that the versions after FTM 16 were functionally similar
