You can create reports for names, places, sources, etc in FTM 2012 that can be exported as HTML.
However I don't know if they can be interconnected.
There is one very time consuming to set up, but should be easy to maintain way of doing it.
My mother left me a ton of documents and pictures.I scanned and saved each document and clipping to a folder.
Using a macro in QuattroPro (Corel Spreadsheet) I imported the file names in the directory and created hot links to each file. Using the hot links I created and HTML document to access the pictures or clippings.
You could create HTML documents for each person or family, and then do as I did create an overall HTML document to access them.
There probably is a better way but I do not know of it.
