Service record Thomas L. Waters

My father graduated from North Georgia College in 1932 with a Commission. My understanding is that commissioned officers just served 6 months active duty then and went into the reserves. After Pearl Harbor he was called up and spent the duration of WWII teaching in the Officer's Candidate School at Ft. Benning GA. Does anyone know how I might received a copy of his service record?
