Many of the Air Force Systems Command (AFSC) patches had an arrow-type shapeto them to simulate the look of a rocket. The image included in the link Denise S. so kindly provided was the AFSC shield. However, each AFSC activity also had its own patch. You referred to the “Air Development and Test Center.”I don’t recall an activity with that name, but there was an AFSC activity known as the Armament (not Air) Development and Test Center at Eglin AFB, FL.There was also an AFSC activity known as the Arnold Engineering and Development Center at Arnold AFB, TN.You might want to “Google” those names to see if you can locate a patch to see if it’s the one you are looking for. Also, the forerunner to Air Force Systems Command was the Air Research and Development Command (ARDC).The ARDC patch is available for sale at http://www.saundersinsignia.com/research-development-command-p-8277.htmlhttp://www.saundersinsignia.com/research-development-command-p-8277.html.
Good luck!
