As indicated in other comment, possibilities run into 100's, especially with no timeframes, type of activity if a flier (fighters, bombers, transport, etc) or unitnumber information.For instance, on timeframes, many bases which were opened for WWII training, now are abandoned or are civilian airfields.
You might check-out Upper Heyford in England.Believe it was USAF AB nearest to London in 1960's, but am not sure.
BTW, general rule (w exceptions); if location is in US and has an associated airstrip, referred to as an Air Force Base (AFB); if overseas referred to as an Air Base (AB).Non- airstrip locations, such as radar sites, generally called Air Force Stations or Air Stations.

It has a search capability.However, don't believe you'll have much chance of finding a particular location unless you can tighten up your criteria.
