Thank you for trying, but there was no Eriksen who came up (not in any form of writing)

Here are some more information I have got about him today: His last adress was at a shipping-agent(?) in Argentina, maybe this can have some connection with the whaling station "Grytviken" in South Georgia.
The family know that his daughter in Montevideo, Uruguay was born in the years 1942-44, they even got a picture of her, but no name. Are there any church records searchable from those years, or is it a possibility if they put an advertise in a newspapaper?
