Based on the 1881 Charlottenburg, Glengarry, Ontario census:
John SANDS, Married, Male, English, 24, Ontario, Farmer, Weslyan Methodist
Margret SANDS, Married, Female, Scottish, 32, Ontario, Weslyan Methodist
Martha Ann SANDS, Female, English, 3, Ontario, Weslyan Methodist
Etamay SANDS, Female, English, 1, Born: Oct; 5/12, Ontario, Weslyan Methodist
Bertha A. URQUHARD, Female, Scottish, 12, Ontario, Going To School, Weslyan Methodist
Mary Ann URQUHARD, Female, Scottish, 7, Ontario, Going To School, Weslyan Methodist
Lenord Robert URQUHARD, Male, Scottish, 6, Ontario, Weslyan Methodist
I have searched for, but can not find a marriage in Ontario for John Sands and Margaret Urquhart. Nor can I find any Ontario birth records for their daughters Martha Ann and Etta May.
But, in addition to Rodney and Tabitha Finley, and John and Amelia A Mays, in the 1900 Wisconsin census, I did find:
1900 Washbun, Bayfield Co., Wisconsin census:

James Wheeler, g-son, Sept 1898, 1, Wisc CAN CAN

I can not find these folks in the 1910 US census.
