This appears to be Janet (Currie) Urquhart in the 1901 census in Toronto West, ward 5:

2/72 Urqhart Janet, Female, Head, Widow, Jan 7 1838, age 63, Scotland, immigrated 1838, Presby
3/72 Urqhart Roderick, Male, Son, Single, Jun 26 1859, age 41, Ontario, Presby, driver
4/72 Woods Margaret, Female, Daughter, Married, Oct 25 1873, age 27, Ontario, Presby, bookkeeper

Based on the info on the LDS website:

"John Urquhart born 09 JUN 1831 in Scotland, died 04 NOV 1891. Married 23 DEC 1856 in Ontario to Janet Currie. Janet Currie born 24 DEC 1830 in Scotland, died 28 MAY 1911."

I checked the Ontario death records. There is a John Urquhart who died Nov. 5, 1892 in Perth, Ontario. He was born 1813 in England, and was a methodist and a farmer. I don't think this is your guy.

There is a Janet Urquhart who died May 28, 1911 in Toronto, living at 174 St Clarens Avenue. She was born Dec. 27, 1833 in Scotland. This could be your lady.

Also found the marriage of John McGalpin to Jane Watson on June 30, 1858 in St. Thomas, Elgin County, Ontario. John was 22, born Ireland, son of William and Ellen. Jane was 22, born Ireland, daughter of Andrew and Catharine.
