Eliza Urquhart in Ohio 1850 and her daughter (?) Margaret

I'm trying to find information on an Eliza Urquhart, born about 1783 in Scotland. She is shown on the 1850 census in the home of Nelson and Margaret Herrick in Lafayette, Medina, Ohio. Margaret was born about 1821 in Nova Scotia, and in subsequent censuses listed both her parents as being born in Scotland.

By 1870 Nelson and Margaret Herrick had moved to Allegan Co., Michigan. Nelson died sometime before 1880 and Margaret re-married John Hill in Michigan.

I haven't been able to find any proof as yet that Margaret's mother was Eliza Urquhart, but it does seem likely.

Does anyone know if Margaret was Eliza Urquhart's daughter, and, hopefully, who her father was?
