I actually am an Urquhart from Aberdeen! The Urquhart side of my family appear to be real stick-in-the-muds as, until my brother and I, they have'nt moved from the place in about four generations. The down side is that all the males (again apart from myself and my brother) were called William! This, as I'm sure you will know, is not exactly an unusual christian name in the Urquhart clan.
I have no other relatives with name Urquhart, apart from my father's sister (deceased) Katherine who moved to Toronto in, I think, the 40's.
I have some details of my branch (or twiglet) of the clan if you'd like to hear more. Reading all these websites on genaeology and the Urquhart, I feel a little unusual in the clan to have been born in Scotland, not the USA!
