Laura:
It´s difficult to reach something about María Uribe because
you d´ont give any information. First the country, second the region, third the city or village. The century and years of a century also helps. María is a very common name in Uribe family all over the world.

Uribe is from the Basque region in Spain. There are fami
lies in Bilbao and Guernica ( Vizcaya ) San Sebastián, Arrasate-Mondragón, Aretchavaleta, and a lot of small towns in the Province of Guipuzcoa. In South America ( Colombia, Perú, Argentina, Chile etc.) there are descendants from Spanish settlers. So.... What is the meaning of:
Cd. Jimenez--1818-1876ish ?
