I wasn't aware of Sephronia. Darius was probably the only child with Rhoda since they married in 1847, Darius was born in 1848 and she died in 1849. Hosea married Ruth Blanchard on July 6, 1851. She died in 1882. He married Charity Dean and they lived in Savannah, NY. I won't be speedy on the response, but if you need me to track anything down for you let me know since I live in the area. Do you know anything about William? I believe he was born in New York and both of his parents were from Scotland, but I'm not sure.
