Hi,

I have only just started searching my family tree.
My great-grandfather (william Young 1869) married a Janet Ure in Polmont in 1896. Her parents were Robert Ure and Janet White.(not found birth certs yet!). I was wondering if my Robert Ure might be brother to your John Ure, or related in some way, since they are both in same area and coal miners.
