URBINE, Casimer - 1890 birthday party in Allen Co., IN

While doing some research for a friend, I found this article that might be of interest to someone.

From the Fort Wayne Weekly Sentinel, 18 Feb 1890:

A very pleasant birthday party took place at the residence of Mr. Casamier Urbine, on the 10th of February. The party was given in honor of the seventy-sixth year or birthday of Mr. Urbine. His sons, Peter and Louis, and daughters, Mrs. Mary Joly and Mrs. Ada Gerardot, presented him with an elegant upholstered rocking chair and many other useful presents. After enjoying a few hours of mirth and humor with Mr. Urbine, one of the oldest and most staunch democrats of Allen county, they partook of a sumptuous supper and returned to their homes, feeling as though such a reunion helped to lighten life's pathway.
