Does anyone know if this John Upton was connected to the Uptons of Corwall in England? He may have been one of the prisoners from Scotland sent to America by Cromewll. His son William b. 1663 & m. Mary Maber. and they had a son Francis who m. 2nd Edith Herrick. John could have been connected to the iron works at Saugus, MA Thanks, Jean
