We are trying to trace my husbands great grandfather Samuel Upton born about 1836 where we don't know but most probably England, Ireland or Scotland. He married a Scottish girl Catherine Wishart who emigrated to Tasmania, Ausralia in 1855 aboard the Storm Cloud, they married in Tasmania in 1856 . It is not a lot to go on but trying to find out Upton families seems to be very difficut.
