Jack,

I am EXTREMELY interested in seeing copies of the letters you have from La Roy. I have done fairly extensive research on the descendants of John Upton of North Reading, MA, and have some information on La Roy. These letters sound as though they would be most interesting. La Roy was a true WWI hero, who was one the select few awarded the Distinguished Service Cross. He is also on record as having stated in 1921 that America's next war will be with Japan, which turned out to be a prophetic insight as we later found out.

These letters would make an excellent addition to my research, and I would very much appreciate seeing their content. I would be very grateful for whatever form you have them in that you can send. Please let me know if you need my mailing address or email address.

Thank you.

Bob
