I am looking for information on the James Upton family. Possible parents Samuel Upton and Mary Ann Lanham.

Son of James - Alpheius H. Upton who married Elizabeth M. Howell.

James, born 2/11/1795 in MD, d. 1867.

James married Rebecca Boggess 10/31/1816 in Monongalia Co., VA (WV). Rebecca was born 1/20/1797.

Alpheius was born 9/7/1822 Mon. Co. VA(WV) D. 8/20/1893 Roane Co., WV married 2/15/1846 in Lewis Co., WV.
