Greg,
Sorry it has taken so long to respond but I got caught up in teaching and graduate courses. I suspect your William and Sary belong to Isaac Opdengraeff b. 1693 in Germantown, PA moved to Mispillion Head, Kent Co., DE and Rachel Linton (widow of Daniel Walker). They had three acknowledged sons John b. 1732 m. Sarah, Joseph, and William b. 1721 m. Sarah. I believe that my Edward b. 1739 who married Sarah Lewis of Mispillion Head is a fourth son. I think he may have been removed from the family because I have found him fighting in the Rev. War which certainly doesn't follow a Quaker belief system. Isaac's parents were Herman Isaacs Updengraeff and Lisbet Isaacs Van Bebber. His parents were Isaac op den Graeff and Greietjen Porteis. His parents were Herman op den Graeff and Griejte Pletjes and they came from Krefeld, Germany on the S.S. Concord in 1683 to help William Penn settle Germantown, PA.
Hope this info helps you.
