I am working on a massive ROTHROCK family tree. Elizabeth ROTHROCK (b. 1778 in York Co., PA and died 1848 at Williamsport, Lycoming Co., PA) was the daughter of John ROTHROCK (1744-1805) and Salome Charity WORLEY (1759-1828). Elizabeth married Thomas UPDEGRAFF (b. 1774 in York Co., PA and died 1857 in Williamsport, Lycoming Co., PA) on 10 Aug 1796 at York, York County, Pennsylvania. I don't know where Elizabeth and Thomas UPDEGRAFF are buried, I imagine in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Thomas was the son of Abraham UPDEGRAFF (1746-1781) and Mary KEY (c1750-???). Elizabeth and Thomas were the parents of seven known children:
Anna Maria UPDEGRAFF (1797-1872) married William FIELD (1793-1872), lived at Williamsport?
William UPDEGRAFF (1798-1846) married Rachel SMITH (1800-1836) and lived at Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana.
Eliza UPDEGRAFF (1802-1862), never married???
Lucy UPDEGRAFF (1803-1876) married Samuel LOVE
Sarah (Sally) UPDEGRAFF (1805-1877) never married???
Abraham UPDEGRAFF (1808-1884) married Maria Elizabeth PETERMAN (1817-1886) in 1835 at Williamsport, PA. They both died there, 7 children.
Susan UPDEGRAFF (1810-1872) married John THOMPSON (c1806-1869) in 1827 at Lycoming Co., PA. Both died at Williamsport, Lycoming Co., PA.
Does anyone have any information to trade on descendants of this family or any other ROTHROCK related families? Dan_Stevenson@sparta.com
