Not sure if seeing picture would help but would like a copy for posterity if you make one. Do you know where it was likely taken? In that time frame here is one possibility:

Lizzie B. Upshaw, born Nov 1883, daughter of James Hester Upshaw and Addie Ester Watwood. Ballard Co. KY was where they probably lived at that time. Her youngest sister Nonie married a Smith apparently. And her oldest sister (initials Q.L.) also married a Smith.

There are many Elizabeth Upshaws, but that one seems most likely.
