I think this name is dutch - I am German, but my grand-grandfather was dutch and I was told
this name means ´auf dem Fluss ´ - upp en aa.
I am looking for a story written by a person named Uppena. The story is about a dutch pirat and
was more of a local story, published in the Netherlands or in Germany, must be before wartime - 1930 or so.
