The book from which I got the information about Edward Upham and his family ... is:
The Descendants of John Upham of Massachusetts

by F.K. Upham

published by Joel Munsell's Sons, 1892

The company which does the reprints of so many of the genealogical books is;

Higginson Book Company
148 Washington Street orders on line:
Salem, Massachusetts, 01970 higginsonbooks.com
Telephone # 978-745-7170

I ordered my copy some years ago ... but they reprint to order ...so time usually doesn't matter. The cost is probably $75 or more, but it is a big book and takes the family back to England in the 1500's.
The University Libraries' catalogs are usually on-line and can be checked. Various genealogical libraries have copies of it, I know ....
