Nathan John Upham is not in the UPHAM book... by that name... but there is a reference to a Nathan Upham (son of Abijah, of Massachusetts} who married Susan Tilden and moved to PA in 1817. They had 8 children... one named Naomi married a George Hill... the others were Sally, Susan, Clarissa, Eliza, Rosianna, Nathan and George.....all probably born after 1817. No other information given about that family... although they, like the others in the book, are descended from the immigrant,John, and Phineas.
Your Nathan could be of this family.
