According to the book...'Descendants of John Upham' by F.K.Upham [1892].......

by Elizabeth Murray he had: Isabella,b.Sept 30,1769 d.y.; John Murray, b. 21 July 1773; Joshua Nichols,b. 6 May 1775, d. 11 June 1805; Robert M. d young; Sarah Greene, b.19 Feb 1777, d. 19 April 1835; Mary, no dates.

by Mary Chandler he had: Martha Sophia, d. 1889; Kathron Elizabeth Putnam, d. 28 Nov 1878; Charles Wentworth, b. 4 May 1802; Frances Chandler, b. 3 Feb 1806;

There are some more details of a few of the children which I can type out if you are interested. For Col. Joshua Upham there are 4-5 pages of biography.
