I found 2 web sites in Bedfoed for you.1st. one lists Preston cemetery in Ky..2nd. on lists a will of Joel Oreston which mentions your Wm.Preston. 1. //ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/ky/martin/cemeteries/cem002.txt. 2.ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/va/bedford/wills/preston2.txt. Hope this helps.
