CLARENCE UPDEGRAFF m. MARY ADLINE "ADDIE" BAILEY (FINNEY)

I m searching for information regarding the above-referenced couple. In the 1910 Census for Lycoming Co., Clarence Updegraff is listed as a 40 year old man, married twice, married four years to his current wife, Addie. That would place their marriage around 1906. Addie's date of birth was Sept 1861. Also living w/the couple is Addie's daughter, Cora. Does anyone know where and when this couple actually married?

My question is this, Addie states in the 1910 Census that she had 7 live births w/6 children still living. Did she have a child w/Clarence Updegraff? If so, what was the child's name? The reason being in the 1900 Census for Troy Twp., Bradford Co., PA, Addie states that she had 6 live births w/5 children still living. Addie became a widow in late 1899 or early 1900. At that time her known living children were: Hyland "Leon" Finney; Abbie Finney; Olive Finney; Cora Adline Finney; and Hazel Frances (Lulu?) Finney. I have not be able to ascertain the name of the deceased Finney child(ren).

In the 1920 Census for Chemung Co., NY, Addie is found living in the household of her son, Leon. She is back to using the Finney surname. In the 1920 Census for Lycoming Co., PA, Clarence Updegraff states that he is a widower.

Any information would be very helpful.

Lynne B. Howell
