I have just found this forum and have a question. My ggggrandfather was Mary Uptegrove, daughtesr of Edward Uptegrove (and Sarah Lewis), sone of Isaac Op Den Graef, sone of Herman Isaaks Op den Graef (immagrent to PA, one of the original 3 brothers who settled there). I don't know much more than that and wish to connect with "cousins" who can help me with ancestry and with the mystery of why of the name spelling changes.
