Upchurch, Ina B. and Palmer Williams 1900's

Ina Upchurch born to: J. Porter and Pansy 'Delk' Upchurch, 06 June 1908/ Fentress Co. TN. probably Wolf River.
Palmer Williams born to:Jame Marvin and Sarah Jane 'Delk' Williams, 13 July 1904/Delaware Co. Muncie IN. Ina and Palmer had a son LB. born 05 May 1928. He was adopted and was raised by his grandparents (Porter and Pansy). We are trying to find out if Ina and Palmer were ever married. I could also use help with a 1930 census lookup for Indiana and Tennessee [above] to see if Ina & LB. are listed with Palmer Williams in either place. Can someone help me here??
I'd sincerely appreciate anything you can find that link them all as a family.
