Good to hear from you. First I need to say that Michael was not married to Frances Delke as your posting states. He was married to a Frances but she wasn't a Delke. Phil Upchurch in the Upchurch Bulletin wrote that he has checked with a reliable source in the Delke family and there was no Frances Delke or even a young female Delke available during the years that Michael was believed to be married. So, we do not know what her maiden name was.

Yes the Upchurch Bulletin is still published, although it's down to twice a year. Phil Upchurch started it in the early 1980's and you can get back issues if you knew which ones to get. You will need to write to Robert P. Upchurch (he goes by Phil) at 351 Shetland Valley Court, Chesterfiedl, MO 63005-4840. Tell him your line and he can probably suggest which bulletin's would have articles that would help you.

Good luck with your research!
