I saw your Riverside County posting and looked at the 1930 census, the oldest daughter's name is written as Marie as I read it, the 'l' of Oleta comes up under the r of Marie and looks like Magie.
The TX birth index has 2 infants of Harry Unger born in Anderson County. One Nov. 1, 1913 which has to be Marie/Maggie and Jan 17, 1916 which would be Oleta of 1930 census.
In 1900 the family is listed as "Uniger" in Anderson County TX with mother Minnie's married sister Mary V. Carpenter and nephew Leslie C. in household.
