Etoile Underwood was my Great Grandmother and lived most of her life in Jackson, Michigan. My Great Grandfather was born in 1868 and they had their only Eva in 1889. . .So I figure she was born around 1870. . . After her daughter was born she spent nearly 20 years in the mental institution in Kalamazoo, Michigan. . .anyone with knowledge of her ancestors be assured I'll be grateful if you'll pass it on.
