I have discovered considerable information regarding the Underhills in my family. Jane Underhill was my grandmother born 16th August 1897 in Birmingham Warwickshire. Nan as we knew her married Charles Samuel Bartlett in 1918. Her parents my great grandparents were Henry Underhill born1873 and Jane Huckerby born 1772 both Aston Birmingham Warks. They married Jul 1895 Henry died from injuries he received in Ypres and Somme 1916 in Southampton. Jane died in 1927. Henry's father my ggreat grandfather was William Underhill born 1844 married to Jane Hough born 1847 both Birmingham Warks. Williams father was William Underhill too my gg greatgranfather born 1816 and married to Loisa Baker born 1821 she married again following his death to John Priestland. Finallly I have Joseph Underhill my ggg great grandfather born 1783 in Birmingham Warks married to Catherine Henderson born 1783 in Liverpool. I can share my information but I would love to know if there is anyone that might be part of this family
