SUBJECT
Catherine UNDERHILL appoints James Snowden and James Winter as trustees and executors who receive her house and effects for the benefit of her mother during her lifetime. The house and residue of her estate are then to be divided between the children of James Snowden, James Winter and another brother, John Snowden.
There are many other legacies of sums up to £2000 to all the other beneficiaries named above.
