Hello, Mr KOVALCHIK. I hope you are still accessible thru your 1999 msg RE Catherine UNANGST, wife of Martin STAKELY. They were my great-great-great grandparents on my father's father side. In her obit in Freeport Journal in 1893 her given name is spelled CathArine. On the death certificate for her daughter, Lucetta (STAKELY) SHAW Catharine's maiden name is spelled "Yenks." I have her DOB as Dec 11 1810 in Lebanon, Pa.; and her DOD as May 14 1893 in Freeport, Pa. She, Martin, and their children John and Lucetta are buried in the same plot in Freeport Cem as is John's children William, Prudence, Melissa, and Cecelia (my great-grandmother). Cecelia married Allen Ellsworth ROSS, their children included my paternal grandfather, Harry Alvin ROSS. I live about 3 or 4 mi from Freeport. I know nothing of Catharine's or Martin's antecedents. Are you related to them and do you have additional information on them? Thanks. -- Marlin ROSS
