I am looking for information on Cahterine Umstott. I don't have her parents and siblings in my records. I want to find out how she is connected to my 3rd great-gandmother Elizabeth Umstott, wife of Adam Fleek. Catherine was born Nov. 1814 in Hampshire County, Virginia. She married John Dobbins about1835 and had 12 children: Harriett, Amos, Phillip, Mary A., Virginia, Simon Umstott Dobbins, Martin, John Washington, Sarah C., Susan E., Albert, and Alva Dobbins. The lived in White County Indiana after about 1840.
