Doug, did you see this story in the Morning Chronicle, Tues. 13 Feb. 1855? William Bishop, s/o late Willie Bishop of Falkirk, frozen to death, Sat. night or Sun. morning, by a brook or run known as the "Pipehouse" leaving a widow and seven or eight children.
Also, the Acadian Recorder, Sat., 17 Feb. 1855, William Bishop, of Prospect Road, found frozen on St. Margaret's Bay Road, 11th Feb., returning to his home on the road to Prospect. Left a widow and family.
