My GGG grandparents were John A. Simpson and Margaret Cherry located in 1860 census of Mt. Vernon, Lawrence Co., MO. John's sister if Elizabeth Simpson b. 1825 in Warren Co., TN. and who married Charles Umbarger. Their children are: Martha Sarah, Webster, Percival, Leonard Valentine, Samuel, and Josephine. Is this the same Charles and Elizabeth Umbarger you are talking about? Somewhere in my search, I have found that Elizabeth died 1894? in Wichita, KS. and Charles died in 1904?
