I am searching for the following brothers who settled in New York. Must have been born mid 1800's in Germany.

John Ulmer- the oldest brother- settled in Attica N.Y.. He had a furniture store and was an undertaker. He had 3 sons, William, a banker and 2 others who were pharmacists and lived in Buffalo N.Y..

Barney Ulmer (Bernard)- owned a general store and lived in West Valley N.Y..

Matthew Ulmer- owned a tailoring business, lived in Little Valley N.Y..

George Ulmer- the youngest brother- worked for the railroad, and married an Elizabeth ?.

Ludwig Ulmer- my ggrandfather- emigrated to the U.S. about 1876. Worked his way from New York City over the Allegheny mountains to Pittsburgh P.A. and lived and worked with his Uncle Ulmer( a baker on the south side of Pittsburgh. This uncle had a few children. Ludwig later worked for a lumber yard. Is said to be born in 1864 but I am unable to verify that.

If you have any info on these brothers please e-mail me at Breezy9Mac@aol.com
