Looking for relatives of Brooklyn NY Ullrichs

My late grandfather's name was Arthur Harold Ullrich born 8 Sep 1904. He married Violet Ebinger. She was the daughter and grand daughter of the founders of Ebinger's Bakery (Brooklyn, NY). Ebinger's is the originator of the famous "Black-out Cake" inspired by the great black-out of 1965 in the greater New York City area. Looks like most 2 'L' Ullrich's seem to be midwesterners. I have a vague recollection the our German family was from Bremen, Germany.
