Greetings from Australia and congratulations on your website. You may be interested to know that there are a large number of Uhlmanns in Brisbane, though numbers are thin elsewhere, including where I live, in Canberra. Here the name is pronounced Yuleman, though some, including in my family, have reverted to the German usage. Historical details in my family are sketchy, though the original German settlers were Lutherans and arrived in the Brisbane region in the 1840s or 1850s.
