I have been given an old picture album with the only identification is"Stephen W. Ulrey
Book Bought March 4, 1885. J.E. Ulrey Packerton,IN" This letter was with the album.....This family photo album was found in 1977 in the belongings of Gerald Pierce Ringer, nephew of Florence Ringer who was married to Frank C. Ulery of Kosciusko County,IN in 1910. It is believed that they had no children. This line of the Ulery Family died out. The album is as you see it, in poor condition, with many of it's photos removed. We do not know how or when this happened. You will note, however from the style of the clothing, and from the type of photo's (tin) that some of the oldest may date from the 1850's to 1860's. None have been removed to check for inscriptions on the reverse side. The inscription on the inside of the cover is the only known identification of past ownership of this album which must have come from Kosciusko County. Does any of these names relate to
anybody?.... Also I have information on Ulery's in Kosciusko County,IN
