Matilda Nester ca 1820-22 Bath Co. KY (Ala)
Matilda was probably a d/o Andrew Nester (1st wife unknown), but no proof, only the circumstanial evidence of her living in the same county as Andrew, and the mutual connection to the Ulery family i.e. Joseph Ulery was apparently the father of one of her children.

1840 Jul Bath Co Court Order Bk C, p387: Joseph Ulery was charge with being the father of Malinda Nester's (a single woman) bastard female child.
1840 Aug Bath Co.Court Order Bk C, P 392 Joseph Ulery was ordered to pay $20 annually to Alexander Daniel for 5 yrs for maintenance of said child of Malinda Nester.

Ann Ulery Mabry Nester was my gggrandmother.
What you find in old records about your family!! The above has been found by an Nester researcher and send to me.

Does anyone know about Ann Ulrey. Did she have children while married to --?--Mabry?
