Zlatica Beca mentioned, "Nykuliak, Seman Hancrowa, Austria 21 1888 1909 arriving NY EI www.ellisislandrecords.org".
The person is Seman, not Onufrii/Onufry. But even if it was the same person, there is no village in Ukraine by the name Hancrowa. I spent some time trying to find something close to it ... but nothing. As for the family name Mykuliak, it is not uncommon in North America to use the 'N' in place of 'M'. For example, the name Nick in Ukrainian is Mykola, and here they spell it Nykola.
You will need to find the village/town he came from, before we can assist you further. I do know that your family name comes from the Galicia area.
If your uncle has a different passenger list, let us see it. Zlatica Beca or I may be able to assist him with this.
