Looks like you might need several cases of beer, not just one. :-)
Nagu as a beginning looks real good to me. kowa is, I'm quite sure, correct. I am not too concerned about the ending as it could even be the descriptive term that implies a single woman rather than being an actual part of the surname.
Using Ellis Island, I searched for all surnames beginning Nagu. There are lots of matches but none with a letter after the u that seems to fit the Cyrillic character.
